WILL AND WILLIE SHOW • MAY 28th, 2010 • PART TWO – The Propositions
Former San Francisco Mayor and Speaker of the California State Assembly Willie L. Brown Jr. and Political Comic Will Durst talk about the propositions on the ballot and share their considerable insight into the process. This is the part two of two parts of the conversation. There’s fun with the idea of a two-thirds majority imposed by various propositions only requiring a majority vote to pass. The Mayor’s idea of a court challenge would apply to the propositions in this election as well as the Proposition 13 property tax law passed in 1978.
